The North Brandon Shores community center is a great place to gather or to enjoy and day in the sun or pool. Additionally, for a nominal fee the clubhouse can be rented for a party or meeting.

Be on the lookout for notices pertaining to community gatherings at the clubhouse!
Only NBSHOA members may rent the clubhouse.
Please clean up after yourself! Everyone using the pool, clubhouse, or bathrooms should clean up behind themselves. Don't leave a mess for your neighbors to clean up.
The pool will close for the winter the last Sunday of September.
Community Notice:
Due to a water leak, the club house will not be rented until repairs are completed.
The HOA is currently seek a member of the community that would be willing to clean the clubhouse after it has been rented. Contact the HOA for specific details.
